This particular placement provides the student with an overview of traditional and modern Spanish pastry and can include Breads, cakes and fillings, biscuits, pastries, wedding cakes, plated desserts and decoration.

This program provides interns the opportunity to gain hands on culinary experience while being exposed to practical training including, food preparation, sauces, stock, line cooking, pastry, breads, dessert, inventory, and kitchen sanitation. Working beside professional chefs and your supervisor, the culinary intern is an integral member of the kitchen team.
