This program provides interns the opportunity to gain hands on culinary experience while being exposed to practical training including, food preparation, sauces, stock, line cooking, pastry, breads, dessert, inventory, and kitchen sanitation. Working beside professional chefs and your supervisor, the culinary intern is an integral member of the kitchen team.
